
Working since early 2014, I started within one of the most popular F&B company in Shanghai.
My mission: strengthen positioning and improve awareness for: a French Bistro (Franck), a Wine Bar featuring organic and vins naturels (Le Petit Franck), a traditional French bakery (Farine), a Brooklyn-style Burger joint (Rachel's), an ephemeral rooftop-terrasse (Le Rooftop - summer concepts) and a specialty coffee shop (Grains) where blends are selected and roasted in-house.
In total 6 brands with 6 different identities all sharing same demand for quality and excellence to be conveyed across specific marketing initiatives :
- Wine dinners designed and organized together with our Wines & Champagnes partners;
- Afterworks featuring different offers upon cliente profile;
- Privatization & custom offers for private celebrations;
- Trunk shows or Press conference in our rooftop restaurant for our Corporate clients;
- ...

One year and a half later, I am promoted to a Head of Marketing for the most promising and premium brands of the 6 - Farine, traditional French bakery where we value:
1/ Utmost quality ingredients (stone-ground wheat flours, butter milk and cream imported from France, seasonal fresh fruits, etc.)
2/ And authentic know-hows (handmade levain, and long fermentation process reaching up to 48h, French head bakers and an Australian Barista with 10-year experience to enhance our coffee expertise, etc.).
I am in charge of Marketing, Communication, Events, Press relations, Corporate offer and supporting Business development. With 4 new points of sale in 2016, our team size triples and new marketing opportunities open up : digital campaigns, copywriting, photo shootings, co-branding (with Leica), grand opening events, catering for more and more prestigious clients (Louboutin, Deloitte, Rock bund fashion week)...

After four years in Shanghai where I came to realize my passion for F&B industry and promoting French baking know-how abroad, I am now working in Hong-Kong where I joined FB Solution in the end of Summer 2017.
Leading distributor of Bakery and Pastry products for hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, leisure parks, air flight caterers... FB Solution counts Bridor, Traiteur de Paris, Boncolac, and many more quality brands within its product portfolio.
Celebrating their 10th Anniversary this March 2018, they were ready to open a cross-market Marketing and Communication Department (inc. Mainland China, Hong-Kong, Macau and Taiwan) I now run:
An occasion for me to discover the B2B side of Marketing and Communication, I still keep a vast scope of projects from Branding and Identity, SMM, Internal Communication to Prospection Material and Event kits development.
